ISO Certification
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) is an independent, non-government, international body that determines standards certification.
It is committed to developing and maintaining management systems that guarantee superior products and services. ISO certification means that True Water products and business processes are consistent with international best practices.
True Water has been assessed and certified by an independent third party for the following international standards:
• Quality Management Systems (QMS) – ISO 9001:2015
• Environmental Management Systems (EMS) – ISO 14001:2015
• Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management Systems – ISO 45001:2018
The scope of the certifications cover the following activities:
“Provision of wastewater and sewage treatment technologies to Australia and the Pacific. Services include consultancy, delivery, project management, engineering, asset management (servicing and maintenance) and operation (remote monitoring and response).
Achieving ISO certification demonstrates a commitment to high standards. By adhering to these principles, we ensure that our wastewater and sewage infrastructure and services meet or exceed customer expectation.
We are independently audited on a regular basis. This ensures that we are continually assessing and improving our processes, maintaining the highest quality standards. True Water are also committed to providing our staff with the appropriate training relating to quality, safety and environmental impact management.
ISO 9001 – Quality Management Policy
The Quality Management Policy is the cornerstone of True Water’s International Organisation for Standardisation certification for Quality Management Systems (QMS) (ISO 9001). True Water consistently delivers wastewater infrastructure that meets the needs and goals of our clients through the company’s Quality Daily Mission: “No Rework or Error”.
ISO 1400 – Environmental Management Policy
The Environmental Management Policy is the cornerstone of True Water’s International Organisation for Standardisation certification for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) (ISO 14001). True Water has a genuine commitment to minimise environmental impact. True Water’s objective is to provide maximum practicable protection to the environment, by satisfying statutory obligations and other requirements. The company subscribes to this through our Environmental Daily Mission: “Neutral or Beneficial Effect to the Environment”.
ISO 45001 – Work Health and Safety Policy
The Work Health and Safety Policy is the cornerstone of True Water’s International Organisation for Standardisation certification for Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management Systems (ISO 45001). True Water is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. True Water implements processes to mitigate potential accidents, to safeguard the health and well-being of employees and visitors.
