Install Technician – Wastewater

True Water is searching for an experienced Technician to join our Works and Services team.

True Water are industry leading providers of Kubota wastewater infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be assisting with the delivery and installation of wastewater infrastructure throughout Australia and the Pacific.

 

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of installation and delivery activities conducted by the True Water, including:

  • Supervising and communicating with subcontractors,
  • Undertaking onsite installations of wastewater infrastructure,
  • Complete inspections and reporting for compliance of assets,
  • Maintain and repairing assets and equipment,
  • Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol,
  • Implementing preventative maintenance measures,
  • General logistics planning and packing.
Skills and Experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • 5+ years demonstrated maintenance or trade experience preferred but not essential
  • Current Australia drivers’ licence
  • Proven troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a role requiring travel preferred

  • This role is based in the Clarence Valley region
  • Our team is rotated to minimise long travel periods, however the role will at times require time away from home

Role Responsibilities
  • Daily accounts and bookkeeping,
  • Stock Management,
  • Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, accuracy, and proper codes.
  • Preparation of mid-month and end of month payments,
  • Support the General Manager and Group Managers on organisation objectives including risk/investment management, process improvement, system implementation and testing,
  • Create and implement financial plans for the business, analysing financial data, to make recommendations for improving financial performance, and forecasting future financial results,
  • Create and manage budgets, monitor actual results against the budget, and adjust budget as necessary,
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as investors, lenders and vendors,
  • Prepare financial statements and reports,
  • Assist with preparing audit schedules and providing support during internal and external audits,
  • Year end and statutory reporting,
  • Annual Budget Preparation.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in an accounts or finance management role,
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is prefered
