Hosanna Farmstay Retreat updates sewage systems

In the blossoming hinterland south of Murwillumbah lies the Hosanna Farmstay Retreat in the quiet setting of Stokers Siding. Set on 100 acres, the site contains lakeside cabins, ridge huts and sites for camping and has a range of facilities including 3 amenities blocks, kitchens, laundry, hall and private residences.

Hosanna Farmstay contacted True Water Australia to rectify a failing wastewater system. As with all accommodation providers, the seasonal nature of accommodation required the system to be able to cope with a variable wastewater load. The peak load of Hosanna Farmstay is equivalent to 100 EP. Effluent quality was particularly important to Hosanna Farmstay due to the proximity of Dunbible Creek, which runs through the property. True Water Australia installed a Fuji Clean commercial system capable of processing 4,200 litres of wastewater daily. The system delivers a high level of wastewater treatment, surpassing all regulatory requirements and ensuring best practice outcomes for the client and the surrounding environment. The system has been in place for over 12 months and all tests show the system is operating at a high level.
