Camp Lake Fire

True Water Australia has just returned from another commercial sewage treatment installation in Queensland. Camp Lake Fire is a quiet and relaxing bush retreat located high on the southern shores of beautiful Lake Maroon, approximately 90 minutes from Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

The popular tourist spot boasts a mix of accommodation choices with cabins that overlook the water and a number of campsites throughout the property. On-site activity options at Camp Lake Fire include boat, canoe and kayak hire, as well as chartered fishing services and a variety of adventure based activities. Abseiling, rock climbing, milk crate climb and archery to name a few. Avid fishers would be aware that Camp Lake Fire is home to the Bluefin Lake Maroon Fishing Classic. This year it is held on the 13^th till the 15^th of November, with categories for both adults and children.

Camp Lake Fire is currently overhauling the location including the addition of an amenities block with True Water Australia providing a sustainable and cost effective sewage solution to service the campers and staff alike. The Kubota HC-50A was installed onsite in the last week of September 2015 seeing stage 1 of the project complete. Stage 2 is set to finalise the works by the end of 2015 just in time for the busy Christmas season.
